AS and A2 Level results will be published on Thursday 18 August. The statements of results are collated in envelopes addressed to each student which can be collected in the Chapel of Unity for AS students (from 9.00 a.m. until 10.00 a.m.) and in the Whitla Hall for A2 students (from 8.00 a.m. until 9.00 a.m.). CCEA results can also be accessed using the PIN number that each student should have collected in school at the end of June.
A meeting for all Lower Sixth students and any parents who are able to attend will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 18 August in the Chapel of Unity to give advice about course changes and other issues. Following this meeting, a system of appointments will be employed in an attempt to reduce any unnecessary delay in dealing with students who need to be interviewed as a matter of urgency. These appointments will be available on Thursday 18 August and, if necessary, Friday 19 August. Students will receive a notification inside their results envelope if they are required for an urgent appointment.
Appointments will be available with members of the Careers Service on Thursday 18 August from 11.30 a.m. in the Whitla Hall, for students with change of subject enquiries or other queries regarding University applications. Further details of the range of post-results services available will be provided in the results envelopes.
Members of the U6 Form team will be in the Whitla Hall from 8.00 a.m. to distribute the results envelope to each student. There may be a delay in the issue of results for exams sat in the reserve series.
Please note, your centre will not receive your Summer 2022 Reserve Series examination results on GCE Results Day - Thursday 18 August.
CCEA will endeavour to make the Summer 2022 Reserve Series examination results available to candidates on Thursday 1 September 2022. CCEA will also make these results available to UCAS on the same day as candidates, in advance of the UCAS deadline for confirming university admissions which is Wednesday 7 September 2022.
Members of the Careers team will also be available to aid students that morning. All Upper Sixth students are expected to attend a meeting with the Careers Service in the Whitla Hall at 9.00 a.m.
It is the pupil's responsibility to collect their exam certificates when they become available [usually from end of October onwards for exams sat in the summer term]. They will NOT be posted out to the pupil as we require the certificates to be signed for. Pupils at the College should collect GCSE certificates at some time during the course of their 6th form/A-Level studies.
If a pupil leaves the College or if he/she no longer lives locally, a relative or friend can sign for the certificates: just let us know beforehand so that we can check they are here/ have them ready. Certificates will only be posted out in exceptional circumstances and the College will not take any responsibility for certificates that are lost in transit.
If a pupil has lost their certificates, the College cannot replace them and does not have copies. They will need to contact the relevant exam boards to order replacement certificates. Request Exam Certificate
