Music at Methody
The musical talent of pupils at Methody is renowned.
During Junior School you will be able to take part in many aspects of musical life. We have a Junior Orchestra, a big band, a brass group, a swing band, an Irish Traditional group and other small emsembles. Five choirs meet and practice regularly for various preformances, in Junior School you have the opportunity to join the Junior Choir and the Junior Singers. These musical groups practice regularly and take part in many school productions such as the Junior School Play, Autumn Concert and at Christmas the Nine Lessons and Carols service to name but a few.
Pupils also have the opportunity to partake in individual music lessons througout their time at Methody.
School Trips
At Methody we offer 35 school trips a year which provide pupils with a myriad of life changing experiences.
These include trips to Iceland, India, Romania, Portugal, Italy, Spain, France, Scotland, day trips within Northern Ireland and much more...
What I love about Methody is all the opportunities there are.
