Rebecca Shorten Land Training Centre
Former pupil Rebecca Shorten, unveiled the "Rebecca Shorten Land Training Centre" in October 2023.
This centre is located within School House and was created to mark Rebecca's success as an International Rower and Olympian and to help celebrate her contribution to the sport of rowing at Methodist College Belfast. This dedicated space provides our pupils with a dedicated centre to develop strength, technique, and endurance off the water, helping them build the foundational fitness and skills needed for safe, effective, and competitive rowing performance.
