Junior School Cookery Club

Junior School Cookery Club began week 1 of a three week cupcake masterclass yesterday. They prepare a chocolate cupcake with Oreo icing, and a carrot cupcake with cream cheese icing, decorated with a fondant carrot. They developed their piping skills, sugar paste skills and baking techniques. A great session that was enjoyed by all!
